Shipping & returns

PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING TIMELINE

All YASARA jewelry is made to order in our Brooklyn studio. Please note that we allow ourselves 10 business days for production and processing before we ship out your order. For gold-plated items, please allow 2-3 weeks. We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

After your order has shipped from our Brooklyn studio, domestic shipments may arrive between 1-10 business days, depending on which shipping method you have selected (USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS 2 Day, or UPS Overnight).

For customers located in the Bfrooklyn area, we currently offer In-Store Pickup. For this option, you will receive an email once your order is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders we offer UPS and DHL International (3-5 business days after ship date). You will receive an email with your package’s tracking number once your order has shipped from our studio. Please note that YASARA is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

LOSS & INSURANCE

Please be sure that the delivery address provided is both secure and correct. For orders over $500 we will automatically include insurance with your shipping. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.

REPAIRS

If your YASARA piece gets damaged and is in need of repair, we’ll do our best to assist you. Please let us know within 1 month of ownership of defects in materials or workmanship. We will gladly repair free of charge. For damage that occurs from natural wear, we will charge a small fee associated with the labor and material to repair. RETURNS

Please consider that each YASARA piece is made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 10 days of the arrival of your purchase. For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
